Today, we are highlighting two of our favourite producers that make seductive Chambolle-Musigny which is exceptionally easy to enjoy, and tends to disappear as fast in the marketplace, as it does from our cellars. The wines, from this village in the Côte de Nuits, may not be the most highly coloured or structured, however the fragrance and silkiness of the best wines keep Burgundy lovers coming back for more. All wines are in Hong Kong and available for next day delivery.
Domaine Georges Roumier
There is an emphasis on expressing terroir and finesse at this estate, where Georges' grandson Christophe has been making wines with profound elegance and excellent ageing potential, since he took over in 1992. To preserve the delicate flavours, he limits the influence from new barrels, with even the grand crus maturing in less than 50% new wood. The village Chambolle Musigny oftern includes declassified Premier Crus, while Le Cras, which has been bottled separately since 1993, has some vines that date from the 1920s.

The Premier Cru vineyards featured below: Les Amoureuses, Les Hauts Doix and Les Sentiers, produce signature Burgundy that marry power with finesse and express distinctive vintage character.
