We are big fans of Jean-Marie Fourrier’s wines, as they embody what we like about Burgundy – pure fruit and a natural expression of the terroir. Jean-Marie, who has been running the Domaine since 1994, sells off all grapes from vines under 30 years of age and never uses more than 20% new oak. His philosophy is summed up as, "What ends up in the glass is a pure expression of terroir with as little interference as possible by the winemaker."
Serena Sutcliffe, MW: "This has blissful crunchy fruit, utterly tempting wine that can be drunk from a relatively young age, if resistance becomes impossible!" 09/13
